After purchase, you will receive a zip file containing the printables, download each file using your computer and then unzip to extract files
Each printable will have a set of instructions. Please go through the 21-day challenge before printing.
The 21-day challenge has two size options A4 (21cm x 29.7cm) and A5 (14.8 x 21cm). Print your preferred size and then bind as the image above.
